Dr. Peter Hruschka (Atlantic Systems Guild)

Peter Hruschka is a Partner of the Atlantic Systems Guild, an internationally renowned group of software technology experts, and founder of the network of agile developers.  Apart from companies listed in Fortune 500, his clients also include many medium-sized businesses with small IT departments, and smaller software houses.  Peter Hruschka has published numerous books and articles, including “Erfolreich mit Objektorientierung” – ‘Successful with Object-Orientation’ (Oldenbourg Publishing House) about process models for object-oriented projects, “Process for System Architecture and Requirements Engineering” (Dorset House, New York) regarding the development of large systems, and “Agile Software-Entwicklung für Embedded Real-Time-Systems mit UML” co-authored with Chris Rupp and published by Hanser in 2002.  His most recent work (in the autumn of 2007), demonstrating typical behaviour in projects, is entitled “Adrenalin-Junkies und Formular-Zombies” and was written with Tom DeMarco et al.

Peter Hruschka is on the Editorial Board of the SIGS periodical “Objekt-Spektrum”  where he regularly writes a column featuring new trends in analysis and design, and is furthermore co-editor of the “Cutter IT-Journal”.  He is also very much in demand as a speaker at national and international congresses and events.


Ing. Rudolf Siebenhofer (SieITMCi Siebenhofer Consulting / Future Network Cert)


In 1977, Rudolf Siebenhofer completed his education at the HTBL (Höhere Technische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt) in Klagenfurt in Communications Engineering and Electronics.  From 1977 – 2003 he was responsible for setting up Siemens’ PSE (Programme and Systems Development) in Budapest and Croatia and for the introduction of new technologies.

From 2003 – 2010 he was Managing Director of Siemens PSE in Nanjing.

He has many years of teaching experience as a lecturer at various universities, including the University of Klagenfurt (Institute for Information Technology in Production Processes), Fudan University in Shanghai and Nanjing University.

Proof of his organisational abilities and expertise can be found among other things in the successful implementation of design-to-cost programmes using specifically developed solutions based on the theories of M. Hammers, and in high quality standards achieved by introducing the CMMI and People CMM methods.

His many years of experience leading multi-cultural teams bear witness to his interpersonal skills.

In 2010 he set up his own company.

Dipl.-Ing. Siegfried Zopf (SQZ)

Education: HTL (Höhere Technische Lehranstalt) for Mechanical Engineering in Linz, followed by a Degree in Engineering Physics at the TU (Technical University) in Vienna.

Siegfried Zopf can look back on 30 years of experience developing software on a global scale, and in particular at his time as a software developer for Siemens PSE (Programme and Systems Development) in Vienna.

Since 2007 he has been working as a freelance consultant for software engineering and quality management and as a CMMI Appraiser.
