What requirements must be met:

The Advanced Level Specialist exam requires passing the Practitioner certification exam.

The certification exam for the Specialist comprises a written paper that demonstrates that the candidate has in-depth knowledge and can also apply this knowledge. The context of the paper can be chosen freely. However, it must represent a realistic situation from the working environment. 
On the IREB homepage https://www.ireb.org/downloads/#cpre-advanced-level-management-specialist-written-assignment the assignment as well as the requirements can be downloaded. There are no deadlines for submitting the assignment. IREB reserves the right to make changes to the assignment. In case of changes in the syllabus, there is a six-month transition period during which the examination can be taken according to the old or new syllabus.
